1. 直线向采购主管汇报，曲线向采购经理汇报。

2. 作为采购小组成员，协助采购主管开展工作，负责订单从下单到出货的全过程跟进，确保订单的价格，质量，交期和服务符合项目要求。

3. 和业务部门保持密切沟通，确保客户，项目或者订单要求在下单前获得充分识别，并将这种要求转化为公司内部文件并要求供应商执行。

4. 严格按照采购部门和供应商签订的采购协议和价格协议实施采购，确保产品，价格，交期符合协议约定。

5. 协助采购主管，推动质量部门完成对产品的测试和验证，签标准样和制定产品质量标准，生产过程质量问题解决，生产完毕订单验货以及客诉问题解决处理等。

6. 协助采购主管，和物流部门保持密切沟通，确保货物验货合格后，及时安排海运或者空运，以达成预期交货计划。

7. 协助采购主管，和供应商及财务部门保持密切沟通，确保已经完成交付的订单及时完成订单货款支付。

8. 在必要时，协助采购主管，参与新供应商开发和新产品开发，并做一些基础性的支持。

9. 对供应商的价格，质量，交期和服务数据进行收集整理并提交采购主管做统计分析，为公司制定供应商策略提供参考。

10. 采购主管或者采购经理分配的其他工作任务。
