Mission: To bring our items and orders up to our targeted quality and timing. Measurement : get orders and final QC are passed.       

    

Responsibilities:

    

• Make sure factories`s sample rooms are developing new items as per purchase teams requirements and/or as per an efficient way
• Communicate with both factories and purchase teams
• Launch orders in factories for strategic brands or demanding items
• Give colleagues an accurate picture of the development and production situation in factories

    

    

Main activities:

    

-          Products development:

    

o    Help factories`s sample rooms develop the right product : advise the cheapest alternative of making method, and optimise the aesthetic and the use of the material, etc

    

o    Add the right comments and recommendations so that eventual extra options as suggested during the development

    

o    Explain factories about our working procedure, our organization and production steps

    

o    Help communication between buyer and factory when needed

    

o    Help send warnings to save time in case samples are not good enough

    

o    Help put our items in priority in factories versus our competitors

    

    

-          Production launching and follow-up

    

o    Launch production of strategic orders

    

o    Help organize the lines of the production and train the main workers until they achieve the right quality.

    

o    Help organize the timeline of the production from raw material reception to packing

    

o    Teach factories our quality standards with on-site examples and through production quality checking

    

o    Organize DRB, CRB and make sure factory is producing as per this level

    

o    Meetings with production people and other staff to convince them to follow the right path and improve (quality and timing)

    

o    Measurement of the risk of the order and organization of additional visits at the right time

    

    

-          Communication :

    

    

o    Strong communication with factory, keeping on the customer side, but showing partnership attitude

    

o    Clear meetings and reports to factory and purchase colleagues

    

o    Organize his/her time as per priority

    

o    Inform the teams with warnings and on time when necessary

    

    

    

    

At least 3 years of experience in bag/pouch/ Sample room and/or production follow-up.
Good communication skills and good English and Chinese.
Synthetic mind.
Living in Dongguan, Shenzhen or near-by preferably

    

Willing to travel 90% of the time in various places in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Fujian and Hunan province mainly but not only
