 3、Checking all the payment application  审核报销单 

 4、Payment of foreign currency and add it into account  外币付款及入账 

 5、Payment application  付款申请表,付款安排 

 6、Add sales invoices and other documents into account， reconciliation and mailing  ***入账，对账及邮寄 

 7、Customer aging report and dunning    应收账龄表及定期催款 

 8、Collecting and recognizing receivables and payables  客户，供应商对账，预付款核对催收发票 

 9、 Intercompany reconciliation statement with other Halton units(monthly)(AP)    集团内部对账单(月度) 

 10、Monthly sales report and CA report  销售表核对确认，预测 

 11、Month-end stock taking and variation analysis and adjustment  月末库存盘点，盘点差异核对分摊 

 12、Month-end closing  月末财务结账核对账目，结转成本及汇兑损益 

 13、Cost calculation and analysis    月末项目成本核对 

 14, NAV follow up/communication on outstanding issues/problems    销售采购等NAV系统维护等各项事宜 

 15、 Ministry of Commerce, business and other changes      商务部,工商等各项变更事宜 

 16、assist on specified issues relate to tax    税务各项事宜 

 17、 Other assigned work. 其他相关工作
