职位描述
1、负责培训员工作业技能，流水线换线，监督流水线员工严格按照工艺生产流程作业。
2、按 照生产排期如期完成生产。
3、生产异常汇报。
4、时刻关注线上员工的工作状态，做好员工纪律管理。
5、监督员工物料摆放整 齐，做好区分隔离，维持好标识，做好工作区域6s。
6、工作积极、有责任感，有一定抗压力；
7、提升生产效率及对问题进行分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；
