岗位职责

1、负责公司产品的调研分析，用户体验设计，需求撰写规划、实施及产品的持续优化改进；

2、能敏锐把握用户需求，提出产品设想和方案，撰写PRD文档、形成原型图；

3、参与项目计划，能与UI设计、技术开发及测试团队进行良好的沟通协作，管理和把控项目进度，保证项目按时顺利上线；

4、跟踪各渠道用户反馈，根据数据、业务及需求的变化，调整产品方案及UI设计；

5、负责用户手册及帮助文档。

任职资格

1、全日制本科或以上学历，3-5年电子产品经验，1年以上产品团队管理经验；

2、有完整的产品设计至上线经验优先；

3、具备良好的书面表达能力、逻辑思维能力、产品（业务需求）分析能力与设计思路，能够独立从事产品规划和设计；

4、熟练使用原型工具Axure、使用Visio或其他工具制作流程图，熟悉Word、Excel、PowerPoint等软件工具；

5、项目管理能力良好的组织协调、沟通能力，推动跨团队合作、促使项目计划按时完成；

6、有强烈的责任心及团队管理能力，使团队成员发展新的技能，并且在工作中成长
