一：专注现场改善，推行精益生产

1、流程改善与设计，改善生产方法

2、进行人机分析，寻找人与设备利用率

3、进行生产平衡分析与调整人员配置以达到***效率

4、设计辅助设备，以减少工人操作动作

5、工厂Layout布局持续优化

6、提高特殊设备OEE

二：整合与配置资源，主导改善项目（包括与相关部门协调沟通，项目人员配置，激励团队等等）

三：带领IE 团队，培养人员，提高IE团队工作能力和方法

1、本科学历，工业工程及相关专业毕业；2年以上工作经验

熟练掌握IE基本知识与精益方法并运用

2、良好的沟通协调能力、很强的数据分析能力、较强的解决问题的能力、

3、人员培养能力
