?Develop and implement the China Regulatory Scientific Affairs strategic direction to support key regulatory, LTO and commercial objectives.
?Collaborate with regional and country functions to create an environment that is supportive of agricultural tools like Crop Protection and modern breeding.
?Implement programs to increase understanding of new portfolio products and technologies and participate in efforts to ensure science based regulations are in place
?Develop and implement programs to increase acceptance of modern agriculture tools, address technical and scientific issues arising from government officials, scientists and the public, and engage with these stakeholders as needed.
?Develop and expand relationships with key scientific stakeholders in
?China to increase their understanding and acceptance of modern agriculture and Bayer's portfolio of products.
?Address technical issues and ensure key stakeholders are informed of scientific response.  Monitor industry developments and provide relevant competitive intelligence.
?Simplify and increase efficiency of science based regulatory policies for import/cultivation of genetically improved crops and crop protection products that result in timely regulatory approvals.
?Build, manage and lead the China RSA function to help achieve key regulatory, LTO and business objectives.
职位要求：
?PhD in life science with 8 years of relevant life science experience.
?Knowledge of the China agribusiness sector including modern agricultural products like pesticides and biotech crops. Experience in regulation of life science products is desirable.
?Strong written and verbal communications in English and Mandarin and ability to communicate complex new technologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
?Existing network of scientific relationships in China and ability to develop new relationships within China scientific community
?Production of scientific communications to increase understanding of
?Bayer emerging portfolio technologies and address issues
?Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team as well as to work independently in a changing environment and stay focused on delivering results.
