Skilled English Language Course Accessories Researcher

· planning, preparing and delivering Teachers’ training workshop contents;

· preparing teaching materials:

For Short term preparation

1) OG Exercise Classification by the different scale of English abilities (Ranging from CEFR A1-C2);

2) PTE Academic Test Plus

a) PPT;

b) Teacher’s Course outline for each unit;

c) Student’s handouts

d) Student’s workbook

For Mid-term preparation

3) PTE Academic Expert B1+B2

a) PPT;

b) Teacher’s Course outline for each unit;

c) Student’s handouts

d) Student’s workbook

For Long term/Foundation stage preparation

4) Speak out II edition(1-6)/North Star V edition(1-4):

a) PPT;

b) Teacher’s Course outline for each unit;

c) Student’s handouts

d) Student’s workbook

· Provide some operational methods to help teachers to deal with their students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions

· checking and assessing students' work plus teacher’s KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

· organizing and running specialist courses

The successful candidates must meet NEAS qualification requirements (Degree + CELTA/TESOL/Cert IV in TESOL certification or Chinese TEM 8 equivalent) and shall work to support the College’s academic program by delivering well planned and effective lessons to students from different nationalities and proficiency levels. Cambridge, IELTS or Pearson Test of English Academic Preparation experience, in addition to General English, would be an advantage.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their ability to teach grammar. In addition, the candidates must be well presented, innovative, professional and have a great work ethic. Excellent communications skills and an ability to work within a team environment are essential.
