Responsibility：

• 作为主要的设计工程师，根据市场投入的需求设计户外LED驱动器；
• 带领设计团队从技术层面解决设计问题，选择合适的电路拓扑和满足产品需求的解决方案，从性能和成本角度为产品决策提供指导；
• 协助研发经理解决设计难题，包括热、机械、IP和可靠性；
• 对报告的质量问题及时做出反应，进行调查找出根本原因，提出解决方案。

Requirement：

• 电子工程硕士/学士学位或同等学历；
• 至少7年LED驱动器产品设计经验，其中至少3年户外产品设计经验；
• 在具有良好项目管理和明确研发流程的公司工作的经验；
• 丰富的电力电子经验和知识，尤其是户外LED驱动器产品；
• 在大功率户外LED驱动器应用的电子、机械、热、IP和可靠性设计方面的实践经验；
• 良好的英语能力。
