1. 负责建立健全公司管理制度体系，并持续优化完善，确保制度体系满足业务运作发展需要；

2. 按照国际标准化认证要求，组织管理体系维护及运行成效评估工作，确保管理体系运作的充分性、适宜性、有效性；

3.组织推动物业服务标准优化及服务产品更新，提升公司各项目客户满意度；

4. 定期开展品质督导管理工作，并提出改进方案，指导公司各管理项目提升服务品质。

1. 1.三年以上大型集团级物业总部同等岗位工作经验；
2.熟悉物业品质管理工作标准及相关流程；
3.具备管理体系文件统筹编写修订经验，熟悉ISO体系运行维护、成效评估、换版修订、认证经验；
4.持有ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000等管理体系认证审核师资格证书。
