职责描述：

1. 负责组织制定法人主体利润分布方案，对集团法人主体利润分布目标的实现负责；
2. 基于国内和海外子公司业务实质和功能定位，制定子公司关联交易模式，明确签约及关联交易路径，规范关联交易协议管理，并监控实施；
3. 针对各种关联交易类型制定并落实定价模式，根据业务变化定期审视和调整关联交易价格；
4. 组织和指导子公司准备关联交易同期文档，支撑与税局和海关之间的关联交易定价审计。

职位要求：

    

1、本科及以上学历，税收学及相关专业，211，985院校优先

    

2、6-8年左右税务工作经验，有大型企业、四大事务所等工作经验、熟悉商业实践、交易模式者优先

    

3、扎实的税务基本功、丰富的税务实战经验，与有一定税务专业资源积累

    

4、涉及全球业务，英语沟通无障碍
