About the role
This role is primarily responsible for CRM program management, including supervising program operations, developing and implementing initiatives to drive acquisition, retention and engagement. It’s key for this role to ensure CRM initiative shave a clear focus and impact on driving traffic and conversion for stores and the e-commerce business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop,execute, and continuously optimize member campaigns such as reactivating lapsed members, bonus point promotions, lucky draws, offline activations, etc.
- Develop and implement omni-channel member acquisition initiatives.
- Leverage CRM program to be an integral part of seasonal campaigns and other business priorities.
- Help determine customer-centric lifecycle communication and engagement strategies and implementing them with a focus on engendering loyalty and capturing shareof wallet.
- Identify,prioritize and implement enhancements to customer touch-points (e.g. mini-program, in-app alert, SMS, email, mobile app, website) that resonate with the market and customer base.
- Work with external partners such as Tencent on acquisition and engagement initiatives in particular through mini programs.
- Work with internal partners such as Technology and Operations on implementation and collaboration.
- Ensure measurement systems are in place to assess campaign performance to test, refine and scale initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships to build trust, drive innovation and deliver against goals.
Who you are
1)Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Passion for loyalty and customer experience.
- Proven abilities on developing and delivering CRM/marketing campaigns including digital/social programs.
- Results oriented with a strong mindset to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities.
- High level proficiency in loyalty analytics,customer analytics, retail analytics, and various analytical techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill team spirit.
2)Experience required
- 8+ years of experience in CRM and/or leveraging customer data in a marketing planning and implementation role.
- Experience with supporting customer lifecycle or CRM strategies for a global brand and/or loyalty program.
- Overseas education or work experience a plus.
