职位描述：

·       Focusing on finding solutions to next generation products. Both be able to scout new technology for lighting application and be able to work out innovative optical solutions according to detail product requirements.

·       In this position, the employee will be in close cooperation with project team consist from System, Source, Mechanical and Thermal Engineers to optimize project output.

·       Has the capability to analysis and solve issues not only from internal project team but also from external supporting groups.

·       Has the competence to define the optical innovation roadmaps, build up building blocks, guide and coach junior optical engineers.  

·       Knowledge about supplier’s technology and capability, realizing the innovative ideal in an appropriate way.

岗位要求：

·       Master degree or above in Optical Engineering or Applied Physics

·       8+ yrs. Optical design experience; LED illumination optics related experience is highly preferred; Solid background in photometry and colorimetry.

·       Optical design software experience like Lighttools, Tracepro, SPEOS, Zemax, CodeV, etc. Optical freeform design experience like Matlab, VB, Python, etc. And certification/knowledge of measurement equipment like Goniometer, Integrated sphere, etc.

·       Optical competence with project leader experience is plus.

·       Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

·       Be team player and self-motivated, and be able to thrive in different environment

·       Initiative and eager to learn
