职位描述
1、 邮件/电话沟通,处理客户咨询解答疑问、促成销售。
2、 亚马逊、ebay、速卖通等多平台多区域操作经验。
3、 跟踪订单情况,及时解决客户的售后问题。
4、 日常客户服务任务包括:答复与工作订单、产品问题、更换、退货、保修信息、订单问题、账单和运输问题,与客户保持良好的工作关系。
5、 处理处理客户投诉、抱怨、建议等,根据实际情况认真耐心的做好解释,并做好详细问题记录,遇到不能及时解决的问题向相关部门反馈及协调解决 。
6、 需要具备掌握产品知识的能力,以提供基本的产品相关问题或将其引导给合适的人来回答。
任职资格:
1、本科学历以上,英语水平六级以上,英语听说读写流利,有澳洲生活学习经验优先。
2、3年以上电子商务相关客户服务工作经验
3、熟练操作电脑和办公软件,打字速度50字/分钟以上。
4、有良好的服务意识 ,有较强的沟通能力和表达能力。
If you love helping people than this is the job for you. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team. Must have prior customer service experience relating to ecommerce. Daily customer service tasks includes: resolving product issues, replacements, returns, warranty information, order issues, billing and shipping issues. This is mostly email customer service versus telephone. You must have great email communication skills and be proficient with typing.
Monitor customer order flow and service across multiple regions and platforms.
1 Coordinate and assist with customer’s special requests, promotions, and sale activity return.
2 Assist customers to investigate or track specific orders and resolve issues.
3 Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.
4 Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
5 Report customer feedback to regional manager regarding product issues, warranty issues.
6 Act as a liaison between the warehouse, regional account manager on customer issues related to order status, return, refurbish.
7 Answer phone calls and emails, messages, to perform all customer related duties.
8 Effectively correspond with customers as required.
9 Qualified candidate should have over 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
10 Requires ability to grasp product knowledge to either provide basic product related questions or direct it to the right person to answer.
11 Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
12 Requires general office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills in a customer service environment.
13 Requires effective communication skills and good hearing.
14 Ecommerce fulfillment knowledge a plus
15 Requires responsible work habits and the ability to meet deadlines.
