岗位职责：

1、负责学校宿舍入住安排，每月住宿人员的信息汇总和更新；

2、负责催缴各宿舍区域的住宿费、水费、电费等；

3、负责宿舍区域内的公共卫生及安全隐患日常巡查；

4、负责进行宿舍卫生及内务检查；

5、负责监督、检查学生就寝、起居等生活习惯，及时纠正不良行为；

6、负责宿舍洗衣房管理。

任职要求：

1、中专及以上文化成都，身体健康、人品端正，无不良嗜好；

2、具有学校宿舍、企业宿舍管理经验，工作细致、认真、有责任心，具有较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

3、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；

4、有良好的服务意识、工作责任心及团队合作精神。
