About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the business and function to understand current and future talent needs
• Act as an Employer Brand ambassador by modeling Gore’s values and principles at each candidate touch point
• Develop and drive sourcing strategies that leverage current and emerging channels
• Assess candidate capabilities in alignment with functional competencies and Gore culture fit
• Support integrated talent management initiatives through close partnership with Talent Manager, HR Business Partner and Total Rewards team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including hiring for executive-level positions
• Proven success driving global hiring processes across complex business models
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies with an emphasis on diverse talent pools
• Proven track record of creating, sharing, and driving best practices and continuous improvement in collaboration with other HR Functions
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, small teams, or process improvement initiatives
• Capability to serve as a talent advisor to the businesses and functions, which includes:
  • Leveraging business acumen, talent market and industry-specific data to drive short and long-term talent strategies
  • Rapidly gaining credibility and successfully influence every key step of the hiring process
  • Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across functions, business stakeholders, regions and cultures
• Prior experience using an applicant tracking system
• Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous and evolving business environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Fundamental understanding of social sourcing, talent pipeline and workforce planning concepts
• Experience using project management concepts and tools to drive process optimization
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media practices
• Proficiency in a second language other than English
