• Level 2 Support Warehouse Management System (WMS)

o Be the key contact with Regional PCIS team
on Magistor WMS solution for Asian markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea,
Japan, Australia, Thailand).

o Collect and study business requirements for
implementation of new projects and features.

o Daily system related support and system
related configuration and maintenance.

The following systems are connected to WMS and will required the
position to have knowledge and understanding of

o Ecommerce: Magento, OMS, Tmall Qimen, SF,
eFapiao, etc

o Retail: Ax dynamics, BI

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

• Functional scope

o Magistor is a warehouse management solution
from A-sis used in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia and
Thailand. Magistor is the main tool system under the direct responsibility of
the Regional warehouse system specialist.

• Main tasks

o Organization: the WMS is locally operated by
local IS and local warehouse team, while the Regional warehouse system
specialist oversees:

o Level 2 support which requires deep
understanding of the application architecture and business processes.

o Escalation to French Software company (Level
3 support)

o Participating in defining and deploying
evolutions and new projects. The evolutions and new projects are worked in
coordination with Local and Regional Supply Chain Business Process Owners (BPO)
and others local / regional systems owner

• Provide appropriate reporting on support to main stakeholders:

o Local Business management

o Regional IS team

• Manage relationships with WMS French supplier (quotations, development
  follow-up)

• Warehousing and Supply Chain processes;
• Information system: architecture,
  systems integration and support, network infra structure
• Databases and SQL scripting (Oracle /
  SQL Server);
• 25-35 years old with minimum 2-3
  years’ experience in application management / support
• Bachelor degree or above in IT/IS
• Fluent English
