6、负责考勤及行政后勤类相关工作；

7、负责公司办公用品的采购、发放、登记、报销及管理工作；

任职要求： 1、1年以上相关经验，大专以上学历，行政管理、工商管理、文秘等相关专业优先，形象气质佳；

2、性格开朗，做事有条理，形象气质佳，具备商务礼仪基本知识，懂得基本行政管理常识；

3、工作细致认真，积极主动、责任心强，具有强烈的团队精神；

4、熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等OFFICE办公软件；

5、有良好的文字表达能力及沟通协调能力；

6、有较强的学习能力与自我成长意愿。
