Responsibilities:

a. To handle Distributors, Mass Market Segments/Customers in South China, such as IoT, Wearable, Robotics, Motor Control, Smart Home, UPS/Inverter, Power/LED lighting, Car infotainment Applications etc.

b. To achieve the annual revenue and design-in targets, execute distribution, segment and account strategy.

c. Manage his/her account/segment forecast & asset (POS&POP).

d. Work close with Marketing / Technical team to grow the business by demand creation.

Requirements:

- Experience with channel and mass market management will be preferred.

- Fluent English speaking

- Excellent communication skill

- Aggressive
