KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for a team performance/KPI
• Responsible for supplier/source development and procurement execution
• Supplier quotation/contract negotiations
• To work with cross functional team to satisfy requirement
• Order placement; Delivery expedite and escalation
• Cost reduction management
• Supplier system maintenance
• Supplier visit/audit, supplier management
• Ensure all operations are follow company rules and procedure
• Need to align with Central procurement on the Category & supplier strategy
• Support on Management report

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above, mechanical (engineering) background
• Minimal 8year(s) Capital Assets/tooling/spare parts sourcing/procurement skills include 3years team supervision skills.
• Strong T&C negotiation skills and supplier management skills
• Good experience on bidding process, familiar with supplier qualification process
• Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment
• Able to deliver results when under pressure
• Good MS office and outlook skills
• Familiar with MRP execution, SAP is plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
