Responsibilities:

· Able to do business analysis, interpret financial figures and present to leadership team

· Mainly support City Expansion team (Qingdong, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, and new cities): operation works including data/info collection and analysis, coordination with all cities on regular review meeting/knowledge sharing, ad-hoc business analysis, activity support, etc.;

· Support External partnership: coordinate sourcing/discussion meetings with potential partners, meeting minutes/information filing, etc.

· Take care of China Dashboard, Sales Cadence management and communication: coordinate regular process in China (e.g. weekly/biweekly review with LoBs/LoB operation)

· Support Greater Bay Area/Southern China: business analysis and reporting;

· Support COO for other work assigned;

· May lead 1 to 2 subordinates.

Qualification:

· Bachelor/Master degree

· 3-5 years working experiences with Big 4 or consulting firms

· Experienced in interpreting financial figures and data analysis

· Skilled in PPT

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Experienced in project management
