Overall Position Description  职位概述                                                                   

•  Responsible for providing technical support to production line for stable working process, solve the production trouble in time, implement regular maintenance plan on time.
• 负责对生产线提供稳定的生产工艺技术支持，及时解决生产问题，负责设备的预防性维护保养。

 Key Responsibilities and Duties 工作职责

•  Implements and executes established time standards, define the standard assembly and testing process, train the worker for product assembly and machine operation.
•  负责制定并执行标准工时，定义制定标准装配和测试工艺操作,培训员工装配工艺和设备操作。
• Handle various problems arising in production in time to ensure the normal operation of production line to achieve on time delivery, quality, machine efficiency KPI .
• 及时处理生产过程中的工艺质量问题，保证稳定生产达成准时交货率，质量和设备利用率等指标。
•  Responsible to build up prototype or test series samples.
•  负责制作样品或测试样件。
•  Responsible for the manufacturing instruction and testing instruction update according to Engineering change notice.
• 根据工程变更指示对生产操作指引和测试指引的更新。
•  Define and implement the preventive maintenance plan for the machine and production line, ensure machine running stably for production.
• 定义和执行设备和生产线的预防性维护保养计划，保证生产稳定运行. Requirement 技能要求。

• Self motivated, responsible.
•  积极主动,认真负责任。
• Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading, writing, & speaking.
•  流利的普通话，优良英语阅读、写作、口语。
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 熟练使用MS软件.
• Willing to learn and do.
•  虚心上进,愿意学习与行动。

• Bachelor degree, electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering major.
• 大学本科学历, 电气工程、机械工程、工业工程专业。
• Graduate is also considered.
• 应届本科毕业生可考虑。
