Main Responsibilities（岗位职责）

· Identify opportunities for new products

· Gather and analyze industry news as well as design related information

· Set design requirements based on briefs from internal team

· Research on materials and techniques

· Sketch drafts on paper or digitally

· Define product and material specifications to translate designs into products

· Produce prototypes and test functionality

· Improve design of existing products

· Gather feedback from product users and parties involved

· Responsible for bringing inspirations to the table and offer different perspectives

· To have creative ideas but also work together as a team to create unique pieces

· Be attentive to details to ensure the utmost quality is delivered to our customers

Skills & Requirements（岗位要求）

· 3+ year relevant experiences or work experience in jewelry designing

· Strong sense of trends and fashion, keen eye to opportunities

· Meticulous and careful about details

· Knowledge in materials, texture, and techniques is a plus

· Proficiency 3D design software(s) is a plus

· Willing to learn, team player

· Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere, with strong problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages is a plus
