1. Responsible for the establishment of information archives and management of the International Architectural Design Institute, and scientific customer relationship management, timely and effective to provide high-quality services to key customers to ensure customer satisfaction;

2. Assist the company to continuously improve and optimize the customer development and operation management system and process; Assist the company to continuously optimize the allocation of market resources to key customers and save the cost of sales and operation management;

3. Organizing and participating in the competition contract, coordinating and linking up the technical support and technical support to customers;

Qualification

1. Familiar with multinational foreign languages (Britain, Germany, Japan is not limited to more countries)

2. Understanding the International Architectural Planning and Design Industry

3. Familiar with domestic planning and design industry

4. Gender is not limited, age 35-60 years old;

5. Bachelor degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Marketing etc. is preferred.

6. Have international business operation knowledge, marketing management knowledge, market analysis ability, business development ability.

1、负责建立国际建筑设计院信息档案和管理工作，并进行科学的客户关系管理，及时有效地为大客户提供高品质服务以保证客户满意度；

2、协助公司不断完善、优化对客户的开发及运营管理制度及流程；协助公司不断优化对大客户市场资源配置，节约销售及运营管理成本；

3、竞标签约的组织及参与，协调和衔接对客户的技术支持和技术保障工作；

任职资格

1，熟悉多国外语（英，德，日不限更多国家）

2，了解国际建筑规划设计行业

3 , 熟悉国内规划设计行业

4、性别不限，年龄35-60岁；

5、本科或以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语、市场营销等相关专业优先；

6、具备国际业务操作知识、营销管理知识等、具有市场分析能力、业务开拓能力。
