职位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
a)Defects confirm and analysis after receiving customer complaints or RMA information. Input failure information into SPC to inform Process control.
b) Complete action items in SAP system.(Such as unblock return order and replacement order or reject QN within two days),completed RMA
c) Highlight customer complaints to operation team and drive team to work out a action plan to solve problems and monitor the action result.
d) Lead process audit from customer site.
e) New products evaluation and quality standard defining with relate departments and customer.
f) Review and evaluate artwork documents. Make sure the content is suitable for our internal process.
g) Control quality related scrap within company set target.
Qualifications:
1. Good command of reading and written English. Simple translation in English.
2. Well organized, proactive and independent.
3. Team work player.
4. Being patient and can work under pressure.
5. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000.
Requirement:
1.Good communication skill.
2.Quality tools application.
3.Manage a team to solve quality problem timely.
4.Sincerely ,Warmly, Outgoing, Friendly.
