The 厂医Admin Supervisor - Medical will be based in 深圳福永Shenzhen Fuyong. 负责厂区医疗事务，心理咨询，宿舍和食堂管理。Responsible for factory medical overall issue, psychological consulting, dorm and canteen administration.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

·        负责提供给员工日常健康咨询及年度体检工作

·        对公司突发疾病进行急救处理

·        定期进行疾病预防宣传

·        公司员工提供心理咨询及心理疏导

·        负责组织、主持心理相关的活动、讲座，宣传心理健康知识

·        负责接害岗位员工的职业健康管理，包括职业健康档案管理，定期岗前、岗中、离岗体检。

·        食堂和宿舍的管理

 

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

·        专科以上医学学历，持有执业医师资格证或助理执业医师资格证

·        2年以上大型工厂厂医及心理咨询工作经验，以及1年以上执业健康管理工作经验

·        具有较强的洞察力和分析能力, 善于人际沟通, 有团队合作意识

·        细心, 有爱心, 有较强的亲和力、 逻辑推理能力及判断分析能力

·        细心负责，工作踏实
