Job Responsibilities：

    

1. Responsible for legal support in major overseas investment and financing projects of FII which includes contract review, due diligence, negotiation and negotiation, legal risk analysis, transaction structure design, etc.;

    

2. Responsible for drafting and review of major offshore investment and financing contracts, agreements and other various legal documents of FII, and to form and improve the model of overseas investment and financing contracts;

    

3. Monitoring trends and issues regarding overseas investment and financing; research for relevant laws, regulations, rules and policies; case analysis; risk assessment;

    

4. Coordinating the work of external lawyers in overseas projects; review of external lawyers; conduct law firm evaluation of service quality;

    

5. Other matters assigned by upline/supervisor.

    

    

Qualifications：

    

1. Bachelor degree or above, eg: LLB, JD, obtain relevant legal professional qualification/bar certificate;

    

2. About 1-5 years of work experience, excellent fresh graduates;

    

3. Chinese fluently is a plus, not a must;

    

4. Familiar with MS office software, and good PPT skills;

    

5. Team player, enthusiasm for work, strong sense of responsibility, logic thinking and expression, good communication skills.
