岗位职责：
1.参与制定公司软件产品的发展方向，确定公司产品框架及开发实施计划；
2.规划产品研发进度安排，根据公司需要确定产品开发周期及人员安排；
3.全面监控产品开发质量、进度和成本控制；
4.针对公司具体项目实施，控制项目需求变更,支持项目实施的顺利进行；
5.负责研发中心各部门的日常管理工作和部门建设，制订并监督执行部门工作计划。

任职资格的具体描述：
1.本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.五年以上.net开发经验，对.net技术前景有很好的理解和把握，熟悉php,Java等技术应用；
3.精通SQL Server，oracle，access，等两种以上数据库，能熟练使用SQL语言，熟练掌握存储过程，触发器，索引等的编写；
4.具备扎实的理论基础、出色的动手能力以及良好的开发习惯；做事严谨踏实，责任心强，条理清楚，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
5.具有良好的架构设计能力和良好的文档编辑能力。
