工作内容：

1、负责软件项目的质量过程体系建设和持续优化工作；

2、负责软件开发质量保证，深入项目过程，对开发进度、质量风险预警、开发关键节点进行质量管控；

3、负责软件项目开发过程及研发部门协作间的问题及质量数据收集、预警、分析及改进工作；

4、整理、发布、推广质量改进流程、规范相关文档及模板等；

5、协助开展质量专项改进工作，包括研发工具需求设计、专项跟进、改进结果数据分析等工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验；

2、对质量管理、项目管理、研发全流程、软件工程、敏捷精益技术了解；

3、良好的组织能力、沟通能力和推动力，能够根据情况需要制定和调整质量实施策略并推动落地；

4、良好的数据分析能力，问题解决能力，能独立给出产品质量问题的解决建议；

5、有互联网业务经验，QA或过程改进相关工作经验者优先；
