零售：

- 开发和扩大零售渠道,整合经销商/客户信息,根据计划请拜访和开发现有/新经销商

- 协助新店开业、装饰、促销执行、直销员培训和其他销售管理

- 与当地客户建立并保持良好的关系，从而得到双赢的解决方案;

- 基于可靠的数据支持和市场分析制定业务增长计划;

- 开发并执行与经销商的合作,支持他们实现销售目标

- 应用LIXIL产品和竞争产品的知识,帮助客户选择合适的产品组合

项目：

- 在当地市场收集住宅项目信息。

- 根据项目的位置、质量以及进度为LIXIL选择合适的项目 。

- 理解项目的具体要求:设计风格,偏好,关键决策者和预算。

- 识别市场的主要竞争对手。收集竞争对手的信息:产品,设计风格，价格,技术,服务,销售组织与项目客户和历史。

- 根据对竞争对手和客户的认识来谈判价格和付款条件。

- 签订项目合同,监控项目进度和开发项目交付预测。

- 跟进AR,为大项目处理售后服务问题。

任职资格：

- 工作地可选：成都（或者西区）

- 本科及以上学历

- 英文熟练

- 良好的沟通能力

- 10年以上的销售经验以及5年以上橱柜行业相关的销售经验

- 以销售结果为导向，工作重点明确，有计划开展工作并控制结果

- 具有诚信、负责和吃苦耐劳的品质，有较强的创造力和自我激励，抗压力强
