岗位职责：

一、在线课程研发：

1、按照培训部制定课程开发规划，开发出符合公司质量要求的网络学习课程。

2、参与研讨和验收新的HSE在线课程及课程质量分析，提出改进意见，不断完善培训课程质量。

3、在线课程资料的收集、整理、归档、保管状况，确保课程资料完整、齐全。

二、培训实施：

1、根据客户的要求，开发并实施直播课程。2

、整理相关培训资料，提交给培训协调主管归档，确保资料安全、完整。

3、参与客户回馈调查，及时处理、改进、反馈客户意见与建议，提升培训效果。

三、业务质量控制：

1、参与分析课程培训实施过程中存在的不足，提出改进措施并实施，提高培训效果。
