工作职责：

1、负责大客户的开发与维护、销售任务的达成、竞争方市场份额的开拓等；

2、通过客户维护，拓展客户价值，开发KA客户；充分了解客户需求、制定/演示招聘解决方案、推动谈判/业务达成， 保证方案的有效实施；

3、充分了解客户需求、维护客情，拓展KA客户合作数量；

4、提升客户满意度，推动成交，提高单个客户销售额，帮助客户实现目标。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，985院校/211院校/海外留学/海外工作经历者优先考虑；

2、3年以上销售工作经验；

3、愿意从事富有挑战的销售工作；

4、 勤奋，坚持长期将51job的各类产品传递给客户；

5、思路清晰，目标明确，积极主动，能在高强度下完成销售任务；

6、有出众的表达能力与沟通技巧，擅于发掘客户的潜在需求，善于把握有优秀的谈判和快速反应决策能力；

7、能独立思考，对现象判断有深度。

福利待遇：

-薪资结构：无责任底薪5000~8000元/月+提成+奖金

-工作实行五天工作制（周末双休），并享受国家法定节假日及带薪年假等各类国家规定的假期
