职位描述
1. Supervise all reservations personnel and administers all reservations policies and procedures for
the hotel
监督所有预订部员工的日常工作及酒店政策的执行。
2. Manage and maintain an up-to-date room and rate inventory database for the hotel and
International CRS to provide accurate real-time availability to our guests at all times.
随时维护更新酒店系统和集团中央订房系统中房态及房价的准确性,以便准确向客户反映
酒店可提供的房态。
3. Provide updated information to DOSM to support the sales strategy plan and 3 months forecast
meeting by preparing forecast reports, booking pace report, conversion ratio, turndown report,
competitive report and any other report as required.
向市场营销总监提供最新的信息来制订销售策略。市场营销总监提供客房预测报告、预订
进展报告、预订转换率报告、预定拒收报告、竞争者报告和其他必要的报告来对未来三个
月的进行预测。
4. Formulate a systematic approach to tracing trends and provide historical data for the purpose of
managing room yield and as future reference for rate strategy. (eg. Turndown, booking pace,
conversion ratio, shape report business trends, demands, cancellation)
规划系统阐明市场的未来趋势的方法, 提供历史数据来对酒店的收益进行管理以及对酒店
未来的房价制订提供参考。(比如,预定拒收分析,预订进展分析,市场趋势分析,市场
需求分析,预订取消分析)。
5. Maintain a high service level by providing a timely response to our customers, ensuring that all
telephone calls are picked up no less than 3 rings.
保持高质量的服务水准,及时回复客人。保证所有电话在铃响三声内被接起。
6. Implement a disciplined approach to improving telephone skills, technique and communicating
the hotel’s pricing strategy, promotional packages and other relevant information necessary to
ensure accuracy and service standards for our customers.
提高电话技能技巧,熟悉酒店的房价策略,促销包价和其他相关信息来保证对可服务的正
确性及保持对客服务水准。
7. Monitor reservation process and ensure that all reservations are allocated the correct room type,
market codes, source codes
审查预订程序,确保为每一笔预定服务分配正确的房间类型,市场代码和来源代码。
8. Demonstrate yield and conversion sales technique in order to maximize REVPAR.
利用收益转换销售技术,以便***化平均客房收入。
9. Monitor group bookings and allotments to achieve maximum occupancy.
监控团队预订和分配以满足***入住率
10. Suggest and upsell the hotel food and beverage outlets as well as special events and promotions at
time of reservation and check in
在客人预定和入住登记时,建议和促销酒店餐饮以及特殊活动
11. Works closely with sales manager, group leisure sales / tour coordinator on group rooming lights
and room block.
和销售经理、团体销售经理、团体协调员密切合作,安排好团体的房间安排及销售工作。
12. Coordinate with credit manager on all matters pertaining to credit and cancellation of reservation
和信贷经理协调关于信贷和预订取消收费的事宜。
13. Set measurable goals by implementing an incentive program to drive incremental revenue.
制定可行的奖励政策来提高酒店的收入。
14. Conduct orientation for new hires for his section advising them in writing of the standards against
which performance of their subordinates will be evaluated.
新到的员工进行岗位培训,不符合标准的行为进行培训改进。
15. Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing
or his/her representative.
参加每周由市场营销总监或者其代表主持的销售会议或其他会议。
岗位要求:
1. College degree in business administration or related discipline
大学商科毕业或相关专业。
2. 4 years’ experience in reservations management in an international hotel environment
4 年的国际酒店预订管理经验。
3. Strong oral and communication skill
出众的口才和沟通技能。
4. Dedicated, systems-orientated and personable
外表端庄,容易熟悉酒店系统,具有敬业精神
5. In-depth understanding of CRS operations, rate and yield management and channel distribution.
熟知中央订房系统,房价、收益管理和订房渠道系统。
6. Fluent in English and Putonghua.
