职位描述
1. Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters
affecting guest service and hotel operations.
在有关影响到对客人的服务及酒店运作的事件上,都需上报前厅部经理并与之保持交流。
2. Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
向所有部门提供功能性支持和指导。
3. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
在高峰期向前厅部工作人员和其它所有部门提供支持和协助。
4. Conduct inspections of front of house and back of house during shift, including Front Office,
Housekeeping, Lobby, Food and Beverage Outlets, Public Areas, Car Parking
对前台和后台的巡视,包括前厅部,客房部,大堂,各餐饮营业点,公共区域和停车场等。
5. Review all audits and reconciliation of daily sales transactions of front office and all outlets, balancing all
cash registers and reporting discrepancies to Line Managers.
检查前台员工账目,平衡现金抛入。如发现差异及时解决并汇报相关人员
6. Acknowledges turnover by outgoing counterpart of the Duty Manager’s log book.
通过宾客服务经理日志反馈当班特殊事件。
7. Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
就客人的需求做出反应并解决相关问题。
8. In the absence of the Departmental Head/Assistant Departmental Head. Sectional Head of an
operations unit, monitors the performance of the staff, advises Head of unit of same.
在分部部门主管/领班不在时监督员工工作表现,给主管提出建议。
9. Receives, records and acts on relays complaints and grievances as well as compliments and
commendations.
接受、记录并处理酒店受到的客人的褒奖、投诉。
10. Monitors use of all Hotel vehicles and gasoline consumption
监督酒店客用车辆的使用状况和汽油消耗。
11. VIP rooms are inspected and all concerned should be advised prior to guest arrival,ensures them
receive special attention.
重要客人到达前的房间检查及相关准备工作,同时知会相关部门,确保他们受到特别关注。
12. Arranges accommodation of overflow guests in alternate hotel(s) and keeps record thereof;
arranges for their return to the Hotel the following day or when conditions allow/exigencies
require/justify.
房间超订时为客人安排就近的酒店食宿并作记录,如果条件允许,安排他们隔天回酒店。
13. Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
监督员工的行为、制服穿着、卫生和外表形象。
14. Ensures front line staff complies with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
确保一线员工遵从散客市场技巧并***化的进行销售。
15. Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
熟练操作酒店管理系统(PMS),并能很好地教授员工。
16. Handles questions of charges, investigations of any guest comments and co-ordination with
emergency plans.
能很好地处理有关客人账目问题,收集客人意见,处理客诉棘手问题。
17. Makes rounds/conducts inspections on the lobby, of all but not limited to other guest areas in the
interest of security, safety, guest relations, economy/conservation and acts, records, monitors to
officer(s) concerned and superior(s) operational activities and unusual occurrences, incidents,
irregularities, illegitimate activities and significant events affecting unites/or the Hotel as a whole;
handles lost-and-found matters.
在大堂里巡视监督酒店安全、客户关系、系统/区域,记录、监督并指导相关工作,重大事
件,物品遗失等问题的处理。
18. Authorizes room or rate changes, paid-outs, rebates, cash advances, release of airline crew
allowance, acceptance of company checks, assumption of liabilities, “charge to” billing, etc.
following or on the basis of established policies, standards and procedures.
对换房及房价更改进行管理,根据酒店拟定的政策、标准和程序处理现金退还、房价调整
预付款,挂账处理,转账等账务处理。
19. Reconciles room status report of Housekeeping with that of Front Office, Co-ordinates with
line departments concerned on discrepancies in room status.
将客房部的房态报告与前厅部的比较,找出差异问题并及时处理解决并上报。
20. Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
与上级领导和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
21. Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to
anticipate their needs
积极主动与店内客人建立良好的关系,达到并超越客人需求。
22. Be open to new ideas and make changes in the job and routine as required, work in line with
business requirements in a flexible and optimistic manner and complete tasks as directed by
Management.
接受新的事物,努力改进工作并且保持灵活乐观的态度, 根据酒店管理层的指示完成任务
岗位要求:
1. College graduate
大学专科毕业
2. At least 4 years’ experience in a hotel of international standard
至少 4 年以上在国际标准酒店工作经验
3. Must be familiar with Front Office operations and minimum 2 year Front Desk Experience.
必须熟悉前厅部的操作并且至少 2 年前台工作经验
4. Personable and charming
气质良好
5. Verbal and written facility
口头表达和书面表达能力良好
6. Be fluent in English language-second language preferred.
英语流利,精通第二门外语优先
7. Problem solving and organizational abilities
具有解决问题和组织能力
8. Should be well versed in local city history, places of interest, shopping areas, theatres, etc. for
better guest service
