1. Carries baggage to and from guest rooms and fills up errand card after every such service; assists

in loading and unloading baggage to and from vehicles.

2. Explains features of room to guests fully.

向客人详细介绍房间特点（展示房间）。

3. Performs personal services such as delivering messages and packages, running errands.

个性化服务，例如收发包裹、留言、代购等。

4. Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors

帮助到达酒店和离开酒店的客人开关计程车的车门。

5. Accepts baggage for safekeeping and storage in baggage room according to established

procedures; checks baggage or registered guests waiting for room assignments.

为客人办理行李寄存，做好登记及行李存放。

6. Be familiar with the lift workings and emergency stairs

熟悉升降梯的运行和逃生楼梯的位置

7. Maintain a spotless Porte-Cochere and Drive way

保持客人上下车地方和车道干净。

8. Be familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests

熟悉酒店的布局，在护送客人到指定房间时采取最短路线。

9. Learn and utilize names of guests, especially repeat and long staying guests and routinely greet

guests as they pass through the lobby, remaining alert to situations where he can be of assistance

to guests

记住客人的名字，特别是常客和长住客人的名字，在他们经过大堂的时候例行向他们问好，

并在需要时给予帮助。

10. Maintain luggage and baggage storage room in a neat and orderly manner.

保持行李房整齐、干净。

11. Fulfill other tasks assigned by concerned leaders, including the performance objectives and job

responsibilities.
