职位描述
1. Prospect and develop strong relationships with multi-national corporate and domestic corporate
within assigned territory to grow sales revenue and achieve annual sales plan.

售指标完成。
2. Act on and respond to all enquiries and requests for proposals within 24 hrs.
对所有客户要求在 24 小时内予以回复。
3. Formulate a systematic approach to developing sales plans and activities to support account set in
order to achieve maximum return on sales call productivity.
建立系统的销售活动计划以更有效的开展客户,从而确保酒店销售额的***化。
4. Solicit through personal call additional sales accounts from assigned accounts.
积极发展利用私人关系以扩大客户范围。
5. Coordinates with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to
ensure the highest level of customer service for our accounts.
为了更好地为客户提供高水准的服务,加强与前厅、餐饮、宴会、客房及其它部门合作配合。
6. Maintain an up-to-date record of all sales activities and account profiles within the sales
management system.
负责在销售管理系统中及时更新销售活动及客户档案
7. Maximize the usage of the Value Drivers of the Golden Tulip chain system for more profitability
to the hotel.

8. Submit the relevant reports on a weekly basis, such as a summary of sales activities, forward sales
plans, competitive and market intelligence and any other report as may be required.
每周上交相关报表:如每周销售活动情况,下周销售计划,竞争者和市场分析和其它报表。
9. Participate actively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposure for the hotel
and secure sales leads.
参加会展和开展销售扫楼及出差等活动,以扩大销售范围。
10. Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing or
his/her representative.
参加每周由市场营销总监或者其代表主持的会议。
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
完成其它委派的任务
岗位要求:
1. College graduate in business administration or related discipline.
大学商务和其它相关专业毕业
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
良好的书写和口头交流技巧
3. 3 years’ experience in hotel Sales & Marketing of an international hotel standard.
3 年国际品牌酒店销售经验
4. Fluent in Putonghua and English
英文及普通话流利
5. Personable, aggressive and assertive.
工作积极主动
6. Willing to work hard with strong sense of responsibility.
工作负责
7. Must have strong relationships with key multi-national accounts.
