JD Contents:

 

?                    Take the lead to draft /complete the quality handbook and compose the quality process flow chart/ document based on the company quality policy,

?                    Lead the quality system third party audit and follow the corrective actions implementation in suppliers,

?                    Define and optimize the internal quality process on product control from incoming inspection till outgoing inspection ,

?                    Collect and file the quality specifications/pp report and other quality documents from product quality engineer for file tracking,

?                    Complete quality related format generating and define the record process,

?                    Collect the quality data (includes the incoming material data, outgoing inspection data, supplier audit scorecards…) and perform the analysis,

?                    Perform the regulation review based on the data analysis for continue improvement,

?                     Support the engineer to follow the improvement (8D, CAP, NOM) reports,

?                     Support Head of Quality to implement and maintain quality control systems and related co-ordination works to improve quality reliability,

?                     Others.

 

 

Qualifications:  

 

?                    Minimum 5 years working with ODM/OEM business with strong quality sense, vehicle experience is a plus,

?                    Experienced in establishing and implementing on quality system, documentation/document control & data analysis,

?                    Experienced working with International safety standards,  

?                    Experienced with data analysis, quality tools,

?                    Good interpersonal, communication and team player skills.

?                    Able to work independently and handle multi-task whilst working under pressure.

?                    High problem solving skills with ability to think out of the box solutions.

?                    Good command of English and computer literate.

?                    College degree or above.
