· Implement Engineer's reliability test plan, execute and update result in time;

· Perform 1st level validation of failure analysis;

· Co-work with production team to sample monitoring lots by regular plan periodically;

· Operate data collection from DOE and update result to Engineer on time;

· Conduct hardware/equipment maintenance

Qualifications REQUIRED:

· Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with adequate knowledge on semiconductor packaging/testing process and technology;

· Good communicate skills;

· Coding experience with one or some of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python;

· Quick learning ability;

· Decent English reading and writing skill;
