? Responsible for DP (Die Preparation) process including wafer thinning and wafer saw;

? Generate new recipe and perform process optimization for DP process;

? Qualify new material for alternative source or for cost reduction;

? Review and define document for process control (FMEA/Control Plan/SOP/OCAP/Guide line/WI…);

? Daily disposition of production abnormal case/low yield case;

? Product quality control and productivity improvement;

? Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data;

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above with Major in Material Science, Polymer Science, Automation , or Electrical Engineering;

? 1~3 years of experience or knowledge on semiconductor packaging of DP or DA process;

? Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;

? Hard working, and be able to work under high pressure;
