Work Experiences：

1.Familiar with MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel

2.Good command in English & Chinese

3.Minimumu 5 years fashion company working experiences

4.Strong fashion sense

5.Willing to work under pressure and grow with the brand

6.Retail buying / planning experience / understands the fashion industry

7.Analytical/ detail oriented / number driven

8.Ability to work with multi-functional areas

RESPONSIBILITIES : Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to: To assist the merchandising team with goods receipt and allocation. KEY TASKS/ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: 1. Process received merchandise (include data entry of purchase order information, preparation of cheque requisition/payment voucher). 2. Co-ordinate with logistic team to enable processing of Item Master 3. Assist in preparation of merchandise report as needed (may include sell-thru, SOH, daily sales) 4. Assist in allocation and transfer of merchandise to fulfil brand objectives. 5. Communicate with principal to obtain accurate shipment details (including but not limited to short/over shipment, order details). 6. Assist in the processing of defective merchandise 7. Perform other merchandise projects / task as requested 8. Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
