Job Profile:

Essential Function 1:Development of knowledge in Catalysis through problem solving

1.Develops understanding of BU Catalysts business.

2.Solves technical problems (internal and external) and develop technical expertise through practices.

3.Drives defined tasks and sub-projects forward with creativity, endurance and team spirit to meet milestones and objectives

    

Essential Function 2:Execution of R&D and related activities (R&D projects, plant supports, technical services)

1.Contributes to the execution of R&D and related projects

2.Plans, designs, and performs experiments

3.Documents experimental results and issues progress reports on a regular basis

4.Works with production, sales, engineering service, marketing, business development, and external customers

   

Job Requirement:

Education: College and Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry. 

Business experience: 5-10 years industrial experience.
