About the company:

This is a fastgrowing EMC company, who provide components and finish goods for clients in automotive, medical and consumer electrics industry

 

 

Main responsibilities:

?This is a new position, which report to CEO directly, and lead the sales team and company sales network to develop new customers in EMS or Lot industry.

? Research, design and implement effective marketing strategies to meet corporate objectives.

?Working closely with Marketing to analyze existing customer bases as well as new target market segments, design and recommend annual objectives

? complete with costing and proposed metrics, taking care that metrics should allow multi-year historical performance tracking.

Main requirements:

?Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, or technical/engineering. Candidates with western education background is highly preferred

?At least 8 year of sales management experience, with business development. Experience of working in greater China as well as Western environment is a plus

? Clear thinking, open and willing to challenge

? Fluent in written and spoken English.
