About the company:
This is a Well-known foreign company in Dongguan of semiconductor industry.
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and ensure CQEs handle customer complaints and quality related queries on time and effectively
2. Ensure customer requirements are implemented at site.
3. Warranty management include warranty management systems & tools, warranty registration and confirmation, warranty approval. Warranty analysis and reporting.
4. Ensure product quality plan had been carry by all CQE for all projects and evaluate PQP effectiveness.
Main requirements:
1. With rich customer quality management experience, have the experience in leading CQE team.
2. Excellent language communication skills, good at handling the relationship between the company and customers
3. Fluent oral English, good communication skills in English.
