As Warehouse Administrator in our Logistics Services team your scope of responsibility includes:

• Perform materials receiving and inspection according to the goods receiving inspection standard and qualification defined in LTS Quality system;

• Issue the materials according to the requirements of production and standard defined in LTS Quality system;

• Packing  and Unpacking according to the standard defined in LTS Quality system and ATA300

• Handling pooling parts according to the LTS procedure

• Responsible for warehouse management according to LTS Quality system;

• Be familiar with the LTS Quality system and perform the daily tasks according to the Quality system; 

• Keep the working area and whole warehouse clean and clear according to the requirements of 5S;

• Be able to perform the flexible working time frame according to the development and requirement of LTS;

Controlling

• Supports the Warehouse Team leader Logistics Services non-financial operational KPI’s.

• Ensure quality by supporting reasonable quality

General

• Takes on special projects and all other duties assigned by the Warehouse Team leader Logistics Services

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Fluent English ability of reading, writing and speaking;

• Basic skill of MS Office software, e.g. Work, Excel, SharePoint;

• Knowledge of ERP system;

• Having self-motivation and serve-mind;

• Ability to work under time pressure with satisfied quality;

• Flexibility to perform duty in the day/night shift as well as weekend;

• Basic aviation knowledge and airworthiness requirement is preferred.
