岗位职责：

1、根据公司发展战略，规划人才发展策略，完善公司职位体系及岗位说明书；

2、策划、统筹公司招聘策略与招聘项目，建立及管理公司雇主品牌；

3、设计、完善公司人才甄选评估机制，提升人才甄选的准确度；

4、招聘渠道开发与管理，各渠道成本控制与管理，渠道有效性分析与管理；

5、建立公司核心人才库，为公司战略发展做好人才储备，参与公司高端人才及战略性人才的招募与选拔；

6、负责制定年度培训计划，进行新员工培训的开展与实施、效果评估等环节；

7、负责外籍同事的工作签证、体检等用工手续，避免及降低用工风险；

8、配合完成人力资源其他模块的工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科或以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、行政管理等专业优先；

2、三年以上招聘及培训工作经验，有教育、培训、移民留学、外企等行业招聘培训经验优先，有外籍员工用工管理经验优先；

3、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，具有较强的人才挖掘及甄选能力；熟悉培训流程，能进行培训体系搭建及授课能力优先；

4、优秀的项目统筹管理能力、组织策划能力及文案撰写能力；

5、优秀的沟通表达能力、协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的业务洞察能力和分析判断力。
