2. 考勤和假期的记录和统计，录入Cityray系统；

3. 预定差旅住宿及机票等；

4. 国外出差签证办理

5. 每月行政、差旅等费用的对账和支付；

6. 会议室预定系统管理；

领导交代的其他工作

• 大专及以上学历，
• 1年以上前台或行政相关工作经验，有外企相关工作经验者优先
• 热爱展会行业，有较强的内部客户服务意识

• 熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT等office办公软件

良好的沟通、计划、协调能力，良好的团队协作精神及责任感
