Our client is a growing company, with its own creative brands in the toy, gaming, creative arts and plush sectors and distributing others, a leader in France in its segment and a strong international market. Position based in Shanghai

Responsibility

Linked administratively to the Shanghai office and hierarchically to the Quality Manager in France.

? You are the guarantor of the monitoring of quality processes and the responsible for the quality of Asian productions, their Compliance with applicable standards and traceability;

? You enforce good inspection practices you coordinate laboratory analyses with local service providers.

? You are a force of proposal in terms of training, manufacturing processes, production organization, evolution of facilities... and you adapt the methods and tools to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of products, processes, risk prevention.

? You inform your supervisor of the problems you have found.

? You are the contact and relay with the quality team in France.

? You provide a technical support role to the on-site teams.

? You are assisted by a team of 6 people, 5 inspectors and 1 coordinator.

Frequent travels in Zhejiang province is to be expected, so some trips to other provinces.

Requirement

? Minimum level equivalent to Bachelor of Science

? Technical background, preferably in mechanics, Chemical or generalist

? Chinese mother tongue

? Master in English is mandatory

? Honest, autonomous, a sense of responsibility

? Justify a quality experience of at least 3 years in a product-oriented environment and strong regulatory constraints, ideally in the toy sector

? Technical approach to quality issues and can provide support to suppliers
