任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，机电或电子类专业；

2、有2年以上消费类电子、3C数码配件行业项目经验；

3、具有电子电器行业类产品工艺、技术管理、研究开发及项目管理相关工作经验；

4、能独立主导新产品的立项、计划、管理与实施等，并有成功案例；

5、有良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力，有很强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力；

岗位职责：

1、负责新产品开发立项评估；

2、负责项目统筹及产品管理,制订PLM计划；

3、负责组织新产品开发各阶段评审包含功能设计评估，设计方案评估，成本评估，风险评估等；

4、负责新产品的包装评审和提供包装资料；

5、负责制订产品规格书并对产品开发的专案文件审核和管理；

6、负责对市场提供产品资料和技术支持。
