岗位职责:

1. 配合客户经理，充分了解项目需求，并带领团队，进行项目策略方案制定；

2. 管理项目进度，保持与相关部门的沟通；

3. 管理至少两个客户，并支持新业务的发展；

4. 协助项目负责人进行日常稿件撰写及编辑处理，参与项目策划、项目创意等核心工作。

任职要求:

1. 本科以上学历，公共关系、新媒体、广告等相关专业优先；

2. 至少3年专业公共关系咨询公司、社会化（新媒体）营销、广告等相关行业工作经验；

3. 具备优秀的文案写作能力，流利的英语沟通写作能力，有留学或交换经验优先；

4. 有项目管理和客户关系处理经验，有独立沟通，策划能力；

5. 人际沟通技巧和时间管理能力强，有创造性，做事结果导向并善于学习。

Competency

1. Cooperate with the account manager to fully understand the project requirements and lead the team to make the project strategy

2. Manage project progress and maintain communication with relevant departments

3. Manage at least two accounts and support the development of new business

4. Assisted the project leader in daily manuscript writing, and participated in the core work of project planning and project creativity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, public relations, new media, advertising and related majors are preferred

2. At least 3 years working experience in related industries such as professional PR consulting company, social (new media) marketing, advertising, etc.

3. Excellent writing skills, fluent English communication skills (studying abroad or exchanging experience is preferred)

4. Have experience in project management and customer relationship management, and have independent communication and planning ability

5. Strong interpersonal communication skills, time management, creative, results-oriented and willing to learn.
