北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。
Functional Responsibilities:
? 负责项目整体招商工作
? 制定年度战略计划，并确保公司招商阶段性目标的实现
? 管理招商团队，培训招商员工，提高客户满意度；
? 为公司招商工作提供合理的建议，协助总部招商团队工作
? 为公司的决策方向提供合理化建议及风险提示
? 制定本部招商团队的绩效指标并与各部门间的沟通协调工作
Essential Requirements:
? 本科及本科以上学历，房地产或相关商业管理专业
? 10年以上大型百货或购物中心招商经验，熟悉各品类的招商和运营工作
? 了解商业地产的运作，熟悉相关法律法规、商场规则、动线设计，拥有丰富的商家资源
? 极强的沟通协调能力，出色的人际交往和商务谈判能力
? 具备统筹全局及战略管理能力
? 责任心强，良好的策划和执行能力，团队领导风范
